![]() “This is a nice stress-reliever for me,” she added. The cupcakerie is a sweet counterpart to Brogan’s full-time job as a school paraprofessional. Her signature cupcake is the s’mores, made with a graham cracker/yellow cupcake blend filled with Fluff and chocolate ganache, then she adds a marshmallow or chocolate chip frosting topped with a graham cracker and a mini Ghirardelli chocolate. For the Snickers one, she fills a chocolate cupcake with crushed peanuts and caramel and then it’s topped with peanut butter frosting drizzled with chocolate ganache topped off with a tiny Snickers bar. Her two most popular cupcakes are the Snickers and the peanut butter cup. Some of her other combos include a vanilla cupcake with a Marshmallow Fluff and peanut butter filling topped with peanut butter frosting, and a French toast crunch cupcake with maple buttercream filling drizzled with warm blueberry glaze. “It’s so much fun to come up with all these different things,” she said. When the ganache hardens, she adds a hefty layer of chocolate frosting and all that is topped off with a fresh strawberry. The chocolate cupcake is filled with fresh strawberry buttercream frosting, then it’s dipped in chocolate ganache. ![]() ![]() What sets her apart, she said, is her unique combinations such as her chocolate strawberry cupcake. Though she doesn’t have a storefront bakery, Brogan has plenty of loyal customers of her cupcakes and cakes, sold through her Facebook page and at area farmers’ markets.
